The Mayor and Councilors who recently professed that salaries and Benefits are all one and the same should correct the city representative who placed an ad in the URI that separated them. We also note that NL who agreed with the city leaders stand on this issue accepted these "errored" ads.

Why, up here in the text, Salary $39,000 to $44, 000 + (note the +) generous benefits. There is separation between salary and benefits. In previous discussion it has been emphasized by the city that salary and benefits are one and the same. Are we changing definitions to suit?
