Teen's corner, " Believe
me, this is good advice
for all ", Quien

One day
the Old Man called his
son back from the big
city. "Son,"
the old man said,
"I
will not live on this
coconut plantation
forever. When I die, I
want you to bury me in
the center of the
plantation. All these
trees will be yours, and
you can live a good life
selling coconuts. But I
must warn you of one
thing.
Never
take a nap under a
coconut tree." Then
the old man closed his
eyes and breathed his
last breath.
The son
buried the old man in the
center of the plantation.
He was tired from digging
and filling the grave. He
took a sip of coconut
milk, and took a nap
right near his dear old
father's grave. He forgot
all about the Old Man's
advice.
It was
the last nap he ever
took. He was buried next
to his father.
The
moral of the fable is,
"Listen to your
father." You don't
have to learn from a
skull
fracture that you should
never take a nap beneath
a coconut tree.
